Foresight Art Gallery is a secure web site designed for easy browsing and easy shopping.
Our Guarantee: We offer a 100% of sale price refund to any investor that is dissatisfied with the art they purchase. Approximately one week after you receive your art an email or phone call from Foresight Art Gallery will be made to determine that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied; we try to remedy the problem. If you request a refund; you simply ship the art back to us properly packaged and insured. When the art is received, Foresight Art Gallery will refund your purchase price (shipping fees are not refunded). We are sorry; but this applies to purchases made within the United States and Canada only.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs within the U.S. are automatically added during the checking out process. If you live outside the continental United States, we will contact you after check out to advise you of the shipping charges that apply.
Payments: The preferred method of payment is credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Paying by check or Money Order are also accepted. Personal checks and non-secure methods of payment have to be cleared by the bank prior to shipping the order.
Fraudulent Charges: If an unauthorized charge is made to your credit card account as a result of shopping at Foresight Art Gallery, you will pay nothing. Your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges thanks to the Fair Credit Billing Act. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50, Foresight Art Gallery will cover the entire liability for you. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, it is your responsibility to immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Delivery Times: Most art should be received within 10 days of purchase. Exceptions are International shipments, custom made orders, and exceptions noted in the artworks description.
